Do you have a storefront?

No, we do not have a storefront. Cezie Bakes is a cottage business in Jacksonville, Florida. We appreciate 1-2 weeks' notice for small orders and 2-4 weeks' notice for large and custom orders. All of our treats are made to order per client and are not available for same-day pick-up.

What payment methods do you accept?

We offer a variety of convenient payment methods to accommodate our customers' preferences. You can pay for your orders using cash, credit and debit cards, as well as popular digital payment options such as Apple Pay, Venmo, Cash App, and Zelle. We understand the importance of flexibility in payment, and that's why we offer these options. Please note that while we accept cash for purchases, we do not accept cash for cake deposits. All 50% deposits must be made using alternative payment methods. Thank you for your understanding!

What gluten-free flours do you use?

We use a blend of flour, including brown and white rice flour, potato starch, tapioca flour, and cornstarch. If you are allergic to one, please let us know of these flours, and we will do our best to create a safe flour blend for you.

Do you offer treats that cater to specific dietary restrictions or allergies?

Yes. However, we recommend that you communicate your allergies and intolerances to us before you order.
