Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using our cake services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not access or use our services.

 

Cake Orders

  • All cake orders are subject to availability and acceptance by Cezie Bakes

  • Orders must be placed in advance, with a minimum notice period of 2 weeks.

  • A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to confirm the order.

  • The remaining balance is due before the collection or delivery of the cake.

 

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made 5 days before the scheduled pickup or delivery date may be eligible for a partial refund of the deposit.

  • Cancellations made less than 3 days before the scheduled pickup or delivery date will not be eligible for a refund.

 

Changes to Orders

  • Any changes to the cake order must be communicated to Cezie Bakes at least 5 days before the scheduled pickup or delivery date.

  • Cezie Bakes reserves the right to refuse any changes requested less than 3 days before the scheduled pickup or delivery date.

 

Delivery

  • Delivery is available for an additional fee, subject to availability.

  • Cezie Bakes will not be liable for any damages to the cake after delivery to the specified location.

 

Allergies and Dietary Restrictions

  • It is the customer's responsibility to inform Cezie Bakes of any allergies or dietary restrictions at the time of placing the order.

  • While we take precautions to accommodate allergies and dietary restrictions, Cezie Bakes cannot guarantee that our cakes are allergen-free.

 

Intellectual Property

  • All designs, images, and content provided by Cezie Bakes are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

  • Customers may not reproduce, distribute, or use any designs or images without the explicit permission of Cezie Bakes.

 

Liability

  • Cezie Bakes will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our cake services.

  • Our liability for any direct damages shall be limited to the total amount paid by the customer for the cake order.

 

Cake Care

  • Upon pickup/delivery, the customer is responsible for handling the cake with care.

  • Cakes should be stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat sources.

 

Satisfaction Guarantee

  • We take pride in the quality of our cakes. If you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us immediately, and we will strive to resolve the issue.
